- They can top up their OVO balance through various methods, including bank transfers, ATM, debit cards, credit cards, and at a vast network of OVO Booths located in shopping malls and retail outlets.
- Once funded, users can make payments for a wide range of services both online and offline. This includes payments for Grab services (ride-hailing, food delivery), at participating merchants (using QR codes or the OVO app), for bill payments, mobile top-ups, and even for investments through integration with other platforms.
- OVO also features peer-to-peer transfers to other OVO users.
