Onboarding Requirements

Onboarding ensures your business is verified and ready for secure money movement through Tazapay.

To begin using Tazapay on production, all accounts must complete the onboarding process. This ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and enables a secure money movement network.

Required Information

  1. Business Details
    1. Registered Business Name
    2. Business Registration / Incorporation certificate
    3. Registered Address and Operational Address (with documentary proofs)
    4. Nature of business (products / services offered)
    5. Shareholding Structure
    6. Website
    7. Monthly Turnover
  2. Details of Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), Directors and Authorised Representatives
    1. Contact
    2. Proof of Identity (Passport, National ID, Residence Permit)
    3. Proof of Address (Bank Statement, Utility Bills, etc.)
    4. If the authorised representative is not a Director, we need Board Resolution stating that the representative is authorised to open an account with Tazapay.

The above is a general list of requirements. Depending on your industry, business model, or our risk assessment, we may ask for additional documents to complete the process. After submitting your onboarding requirements, you will hear from us within 4-7 business days.
