`transaction_description` Field now mandatory for payouts.

Going forward, providing a clear and concise description for each payout transaction will become mandatory.

Why is this change necessary?

This change is due to requirements from our downstream partners, which necessitate that all payout transactions include a description. This ensures smoother processing and helps to avoid potential delays or issues with your payouts. This will help in increasing the success rate for processing payouts.

Examples of Acceptable Transaction Descriptions: : The transaction description should be accurate providing clarity for the intent if payout. Some of the use cases can be:

• "Weekly sales payout for [Date range]"
• "Supplier payment for invoice #67890"
• "Payroll for [Employee Name/ID]"
• "Disbursement of funds for [Project Name]", etc.
